Banana Bread
Who doesn't love banana bread?
This recipe makes two loaves of the most deliciously moist banana bread!
Banana bread makes a perfect gift for any occasion. It is also a perfect addition to breakfast or brunch. We love to toast it and slather a little butter over the top after it comes out of the oven.
Ingredients
1 stick melted margarine (at least 70% vegetable oil)
1 stick melted butter
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
3 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup sour cream
2/3 cups chopped nuts, optional
4 bananas smashed
Directions

Combine margarine, butter and sugar and mix well with an electric hand mixer.

Add eggs one at the time and mix well.

Add bananas, sour cream and vanilla. Combine well.

Add flour, baking soda and salt. Mix well.

Fold in nuts. (optional)

Divide mixture and pour into two prepared loaf pans.

Bake in a 350 degree preheated oven for 50-60 minutes.
